Are You Our Next Campaign Manager?
The successful individual will liaise with our high-profile customers on a regular basis, ensuring they have a main point-of-contact and their campaign packages are executed smoothly and in best alignment to their goals in working with us.
In joining us, you’ll be engaged in commercial marketing campaigns and relationship management. The primary responsibility will be to take a leading role in keeping clients updated, being a critical and trustworthy connection while providing a true partnership between clients and Today Digital. You will own the process of planning and translating the big picture commercial service the client has engaged in, into the particular project deliverables that will then be created with our editorial team and expanded upon in delivery to our audience by the marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer-facing communication and management skills, while also having some level of marketing programming knowledge to provide a more white-glove and strategically thoughtful delivery for these top-tier customers.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a portfolio of high-level accounts.
- Fostering strong client partnerships while offering support and advice.
- Communicating effectively with clients through various channels and demonstrating performance of campaigns.
- Taking ownership of organising high-level campaigns with the client and collaborating with internal teams to define requirements.
- Communicate with the relevant teams to identify and address complex issues.
- Raising any client concerns and needs with the relevant teams and business.
- Following up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service they are receiving.
- Collaborate with our marketing manager to ensure campaign execution success.
- Drive customer feedback organisation and relay insights into the rest of the teams.

Travel Expectations
This is a homeworking role. However, occasional travel may be required.
Education and/or Experience
- Required: Minimum 5 years previous experience in an account manager/relationship management role.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to write, read, analyse and interpret reports
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, team members and customers
- Ideally some level of program project management/oversight experience, especially in marketing.
Other Skills and Abilities
Proficient in;
- Microsoft 365 e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Project Management Software (preferably monday.com)
- Customer data organisation/management via a shared system (such as HubSpot contact and account management in collaboration with sales members)
- Ability to manage and effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
Equipment Requirements
This is a home-based role that requires you to provide some of your own equipment:
- Broadband Internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps Upload)
- Office desk and chair
- A suitable place to work that is noise and distraction free, warm and comfortable, and has a reliable electricity supply
Company supplied equipment includes PC, web camera, headset/speaker. All necessary software applications and licenses.
