We’re looking for an experienced and results-oriented Head of Performance Marketing to lead our performance marketing function, overseeing strategy, team leadership, and multi-channel campaign success. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach and driving measurable outcomes, ensuring client campaigns achieve peak performance. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of data-driven marketing.

About the Role:
As the Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll oversee all performance marketing activities, managing a team and working cross-functionally to meet Today Digital’s growth objectives. You’ll take ownership of strategy and execution across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Strategic Oversight: Lead the performance marketing strategy across organic and paid channels, including web, social, display, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow the performance marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-focused culture.
- Campaign Optimization: Guide the team in optimizing campaigns, focusing on budget allocation, A/B testing, and conversion rate improvements to maximize ROI.
- Client Relationships: Act as a key advisor on client accounts, presenting insights, managing expectations, and ensuring campaigns align with client goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Oversee data analysis and reporting, using insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner closely with commercial, editorial, and growth marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies that drive client success.
- Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify and implement best practices, tools, and processes to streamline workflows, optimize performance, and enhance campaign results.
Your Background and Experience:
- Proven Experience in Leadership & Performance Marketing: 7-10+ years in a senior performance marketing role, ideally within a B2B tech or agency setting, with a strong track record of leading teams and delivering high-impact campaigns.
- Analytical Expertise: Deep knowledge of data analysis, campaign reporting, and using insights to shape strategy. Skilled in data modeling and KPI tracking.
- Strong Project Management Skills: Proven ability to oversee multiple, complex projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Adept at presenting complex data and insights in a clear, client-friendly way.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote setting with a strong focus on results.
Education & Technical Proficiency:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Platforms: Advanced experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads and other B2B paid platforms.
- Tools:Â Proficiency in CRM;Â HubSpot (preferred), Analytics;Â Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio Ads;Â Google Display and Search, Social platforms, Â CMS;Â WordPress (preferred) Intent data platforms.Â
- Project Management: Proficient in tools like Monday.com, Asana, or similar project management software.
- Software: Strong skills in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Home Office Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload).
