A: Fleetwood Mac

A: Exercise, being outdoors, and cryptocurrency/digital assets.

A: Anything Italian.
Q: Where’s your number one vacation destination?
A: Italy – for the food, wine, and sunshine.

A: Two Rough Collies: Cassie and Cora.

A: The Departed

A: Last year I hiked the last 100 miles into Rome as part of the Via Francigena trail.

Q: What is your current role at Today Digital, and how long have you been with the company?
A: I’m an Account Director, currently in my sixth week, and thankfully starting to get my feet under the table – but there’s still much to learn!
Q: What inspired you to pursue a career in your current field, and how did you start your journey with Today Digital?
A: I’ve worked in the digital space since the start of my professional career. I love technology and understanding how things work. I’m also a people person, and I moved into the commercial side about six years ago. The combination of digital and commercial is the perfect fit for me.
Q: If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be?
A: Selfishly, it would be flying or teleportation. But for the greater good, I’d have to go with mind control.
Q: What do you find most challenging about your role or working in this industry, and how do you overcome these challenges?
A: Although I’m very comfortable with the commercial element, the industries we support are still quite new to me. So I’m leaning on the exceptional expertise of my colleagues until I find my feet. Fortunately, we produce the highest quality industry content, so there’s no shortage of material to help accelerate my knowledge.
Q: Finally, if you could give one piece of advice to someone just starting their career at Today Digital, or starting a role similar to yours elsewhere, what would it be?
A: In any commercial role, maintaining a customer-first focus is key. You can deliver value simply by listening and understanding the challenges they’re experiencing, and aligning the solution. Also, effort is directly correlated to success in this type of role – so if you put the work in, things will go well for you!
