About the Role: 

At Today Digital, we’re passionate about delivering exceptional B2B marketing experiences. As a Client Services Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and successful journey from campaign sign-off through to results reporting. Based in our Manchester office, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, responsible for campaign experience, delivery, and ongoing success. 

You’ll own the campaign setup and execution process, working cross-functionally to ensure we deliver on what we’ve promised — on time and to spec. Your ability to manage multiple projects, communicate clearly, and keep everything organised will be key. You’ll also lead client communications, ensuring outstanding service at every step of the way. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Client Relationship Management 

Be the primary day-to-day contact for clients during campaign delivery, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and valued. 

Work closely with Account Managers to deliver an outstanding customer experience and contribute to client retention and satisfaction. 

Campaign Ownership & Delivery 

Take full ownership of campaign setup, ensuring all internal teams are briefed and aligned via Monday.com. 

Manage the full campaign lifecycle — from onboarding and content approvals to reporting and closeout. 

Maintain and update all client-facing documents and timelines to ensure visibility and clarity. 

Content Scheduling & Lead Management 

Schedule and publish campaign content across WordPress and social media channels in line with campaign plans. 

Ensure timely and accurate lead delivery across all demand generation campaigns, working closely with internal teams to meet client expectations. 

Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting any lead delivery or publishing issues. 

Demand Generation & Performance Outcomes

Deliver high-performing demand generation campaigns that align with client objectives and drive measurable ROI.

Monitor and report on campaign performance against agreed objectives, using data to demonstrate impact and value.

Create clear, engaging performance reports and confidently present outcomes to clients.

Process & Service Excellence 

Proactively identify risks or bottlenecks and take action to keep campaigns on track. 

Continuously look for ways to improve campaign execution, customer service, and internal processes. 

AI-Driven Productivity

Embrace and utilise AI tools to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and increase overall campaign efficiency.

Stay ahead of the curve by adopting innovative tech that supports faster, smarter delivery for clients.

What We’re Looking For: 

Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a marketing, media, or B2B publishing environment. 

Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Monday.com (or similar). 

Confident managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail. 

Understanding of marketing outcomes and demand generation performance metrics. 

Experience posting content via WordPress and social platforms is highly desirable. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

A genuine passion for customer service, with the ability to stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure. 

A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
