Role Purpose
The Senior Technology Evangelist is a subject matter expert who creates high-quality multimedia content and strengthens audience trust. You will act as a visible voice for CX Today across customer experience, contact centre technology, AI, digital channels, and employee experience. The role focuses on interviewing experts on video, developing insights, and supporting both editorial and commercial content programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Hosting
- Host video interviews, webinars, and expert discussions.
- Produce multimedia content that explains technologies, trends, and market developments.
- Lead conversations with analysts, vendors, partners, and enterprise buyers.
- Prepare scripts, outlines, and talking points for video-led storytelling.
- Support sponsored campaigns with interviews and thought leadership content.
Subject Matter Expertise
- Maintain a strong understanding of CX, contact centre platforms, AI, automation, analytics, and digital customer engagement.
- Identify emerging topics and propose new content formats.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, practical narratives for buyers and practitioners.
Brand and Audience Engagement
- Represent CX Today at industry events, briefings, and exhibitions.
- Build relationships with vendors, analysts, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Engage audiences through social channels, newsletters, and live interactions.
Commercial Collaboration
- Work with commercial teams to plan and deliver sponsored video content.
- Ensure commercial assets meet editorial standards and provide value for clients and audiences.
- Contribute to content ideas for campaigns and event-led activations.
Operational and Team Support
- Collaborate with the editorial team and provide subject matter expertise and leadership to ensure coverage aligns with strategic themes.
- Use analytics and AI-assisted tools to support consistent performance and content planning.
- Assist with editorial workflows, production schedules, and quality control.
What You Will Bring
- Strong background in CX, contact centre technology, digital engagement, or adjacent enterprise technologies.
- Confident on camera with experience in interviews, panels, or presentations.
- Skilled at researching, analysing, and communicating technology trends.
- Ability to create content that supports editorial and commercial objectives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
